Custom North Pole Ornament

Customize your family's Christmas Ornament by clicking the google form below! Fill out all details and a proof will be sent via text/email for verification before ornament is completed. 

Custom ornament turnaround time is 5-7 business days. I will stop taking Custom Ornament orders on December 6th! 

Pickup instructions: If you choose pickup, please allow at least 7 business days for completion, a text or email will be sent when order is ready for pickup! All ornaments will be in a tote on the porch. 

Shipping time is approx 7 business days from time of order but could be sooner! Tracking information will be sent when shipping label is created!
